Necesito una planilla de excel que se pueda llenar a traves de un formulario y de esta manera evitar errores en la carga de datos. La planilla tiene que tener las siguientes lineas o columnas : NOMBRE, APELLIDO, DNI, EDAD, TELEFONO, DIRECCION, EMAIL, GRUPO FAMILIAR, NIVEL EDUCATIVO, EXPERIENCIA LABORAL, HABILIDADES, PREFERENCIA LABORAL, DISPONIBILIDAD HORARIA, FOTO y ID (este ultimo que se genera a través de la primera letra del nombre + la primera letra del apellido + las primeras 5 cifras del dni) La idea es poder buscar por cualquiera de los siguientes datos: NIVEL EDUCATIVO, EXPERIENCIA LABORAL, HABILIDADES, PREFERENCIA LABORAL, DISPONIBILIDAD HORARIA o ID. Y me muestre los que apliquen y poder eleguir yo quien es el mejor postulante. Una vez elegido quiero poder poner el ID y que se complete un pequeño CURRICULUM, que se pueda imprimir y guardar como PDF, para poder compartir por whatsapp. A su vez necesito que lleve una estadistica de las personas que se le ofrecio trabajo, lo recibio y o finalizo. Para poder hacer un seguimiento del empleado y de la satisfaccion del cliente (ejemplo 5 estrellas y o sugerencias). Tambien requiero poder enviar un deslinde de responsabilidad de parte de la institución (En este caso la Iglesia) que sea imprimible para firmar y se pueda mandar por whatsapp y tambien firmar de manera digital. Esto se esta armando con la colaboración de abogados locales. Se les facilitara el documento legal. La iniciativa nacio en una villa muy humilde en la provincia de San Juan donde desde la iglesia se anotan los obreros con sus oficios y habilidades y tratamos de ubicarlos con los trabajos. No tengo plazos fijos para esta entrega. Le comparto una serie de intento de realizar la planilla sin exito. No tengo preferencia de como lo trabaje si que no la puedan dañar ya que la gente que se va a encargar de cargar los datos no tiene muchos conocimientos. Y poder tener acceso para usuario o administrador, es decir una persona que cargue y use y otra persona que pueda eliminar datos o modificarlos.

Hi there I propose to create an Excel spreadsheet with a user-friendly form for data entry to avoid errors. Buen día, puedo apoyarlos en el proyecto y por lo que entendí necesitan que desde una lista en excel en donde figuren los campos (columnas) que necesitan (asi como el archivo de base de datos trabajados por Omar), se genere con un boton mediante una macro la plantilla del curriculum asi como el archivo inicial. Eso se podría trabajar directamente desde macros en excel para reducir los costos, otra opción sería un desarrollo web pero incrementaría el presupuesto. Hola buenas tardes, ya vi los archivos, estas teniendo probelmas principalmente por los formatos diferentes en las columnas, como las fechas y otros campos llenados manualmente, que son simples de arreglar. Es importante saber si son varios usuarios y saber si lo tendrás el archivo en un servidor ó en la nube, y cual es tu visión de futuro, con esto se puede desarrollar una pequeña aplicación como pides tomando en cuenta todo esto y reduciendo drásticamente la posibilidad de error. Además de usar y conocer Excel por más de 25 años, primero hay que planetar la solución para luego proceder con la solución, estoy a tus órdenes por si deseas pedir más información y consultoría, son preguntas importantes por hacer que pueden definir por donde debe llevarse la solución, como Excel, ó Access, local ó en la nube, etc. Ten un gran 2025! estoy para servirte.
