I propose to create an Excel spreadsheet with a user-friendly form for data entry to avoid errors. The spreadsheet will include columns for NAME, LAST NAME, ID, AGE, PHONE, ADDRESS, EMAIL, FAMILY GROUP, EDUCATIONAL LEVEL, WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, JOB PREFERENCE, AVAILABILITY, PHOTO, and ID (generated from the first letter of the name + the first letter of the last name + the first 5 digits of the ID). The spreadsheet will allow filtering by EDUCATIONAL LEVEL, WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, JOB PREFERENCE, AVAILABILITY, or ID to select the best candidate. Once selected, a small CURRICULUM with the ID can be generated, saved as a PDF, and shared via WhatsApp. It will also track job offers, acceptance, and completion for employee and client satisfaction monitoring. Additionally, printable and digitally signable liability waiver documents will be incorporated as per local legal requirements. This project aims to support the church's effort to connect laborers with job opportunities in a humble community. User and administrator access will be established for data entry and management.
