I am looking for an Excel expert to modify my existing spreadsheet used for providing feedback to my students. The current version is limited to 10 questions and I need it to accommodate up to 32. Key requirements include:
- Adjusting the spreadsheet to accept data for varying numbers of questions, from 10 to 32, with the ability to ignore blank spaces.
Aspects already included that need to remain include:
- Ensuring the feedback mechanism can seamlessly process and provide insights based on the available data.
- Utilize conditional formatting to highlight key trends or outliers in student feedback.
- Incorporate data validation to ensure the accuracy and consistency of input data.
- Create automated calculations for averages, medians, and other relevant statistics.
- Integrate charts and graphs to visually represent feedback data and trends.
- Provide clear user instructions within the spreadsheet for ease of use.
- Implement macros for repetitive tasks to save time and increase efficiency.
I provide scores, grades, comments and suggestions, and areas for improvement for my students. I currently use the data to generate reports and identify trends.
Ultimately, I'm seeking a competent Microsoft Excel professional who can assist with this project and potentially many more in the future. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Excel's functionalities and be able to deliver a solution that is both efficient and easy to use.
