I need one of these two projects made:
1st project;
Need IVR press 1 solution for Ireland
I upload a list of
Name address phone number
It starts calling them
It will read a message I upload as an audio file (hope you have this option) followed by option to press 1
If they press 1 the call will be forwarded to me and it will stop calling the rest of the list
If there is other people who press 1 at the same time they will be placed on hold music for 10 minutes. Then it will say: sorry all of our agents are busy at this time, please wait for a call back.
2nd project:
Upload list of phone numbers, it calls them. If they press 1 then it notifies me on a telegram bot, I then should be able to control them from telegram bot. For example after they press 1 it tells them to type in specific information, after they type this information it says processing and gives hold music, then I have a control panel and direct them to the next message I want to be played to them, all of the messages will have some kind of DTMF capture and after they type followed by the # key It repeats the processing message and I can control what I want to be played next. I want this mainly for outbound calls but also inbound calls, so when they call it is the same process.
