Lo mejor seria, generar una plantilla PDF y darle la opcion a Compartir, muchas impresoras ya incluyen su propia aplicacion para gestionar impresiones. asi seria compatible su aplicacion sin necesitar conocer el tipo de impresora. lo unico seria armar las plantillas correspondientes para los tipo ticket y los normales. para el envio de email. lo mejor seria q se conecte a un servidor que sirva de central y este gestion el destinatario, incluido los reintentos. en caso de error. al trabajar con telefonos moviles podria haber situaciones en los que no se tenga acceso o la conexion a internet sea inestable.
