I'm looking for a talented animator who can bring my personal script to life in a 3D animation style. This will be a special Christmas gift for my family, so the tone of the animation needs to be heartwarming.
- Specific Characters: I have outlined specific characters within my script that need to be incorporated into the animation.
- Storyline: The animation will follow a storyline I've created. Your job will be to interpret this and translate it into engaging visual sequences.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Proficiency in 3D animation
- Ability to convey emotion through animation
- Experience working with character-based animations
- Excellent understanding of interpreting and visualizing a given script
- Ability to meet a tight deadline
This project is perfect for an animator who can create a beautiful, touching, and memorable piece of work that will bring joy to my family this Christmas.
Here’s the script and idea:
Title: “A Story of Family, Love, and Redemption”
Opening Scene: Ethan Scarcelli (Internet Sweetheart) standing in front of a cartoon audience, speaking directly to them.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“Hey, it’s me, Ethan Scarcelli—Internet Sweetheart to some, but just Ethan to my family. Today, I want to tell you a story. Not about the roasts, the pranks, or the TikTok madness, but about something far more important: my family. They’ve been my rock through everything—addiction, mental health struggles, and figuring out who I am.”
Scene shifts to a cozy living room. Ethan sits at the table as his mom, Alicia, serves dinner with a warm smile.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“My mom, Alicia Scarcelli, is the kind of person who does it all. She cooks, she cleans, she helps with anything and everything. She’s like a one-woman wonder team! And no matter what’s going on, she always shows how much she cares. She’s optimistic, funny, and passed on her sense of humor and social skills to me. I owe so much of who I am to her.”
Cut to scenes of Alicia decorating a Christmas tree, preparing a birthday cake, and handing out perfectly wrapped gifts.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“My mom and dad are the best gift-givers. Every birthday was special, every holiday unforgettable. They made sure me and my sister Jillian felt loved, spoiled, and supported.”
Transition to Fred Scarcelli fixing a broken shelf while cracking a joke. Young Ethan and Jillian watch him in admiration.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“My dad, Fred, is incredible. He’s funny, generous, and great at fixing things—whether it’s broken furniture or broken spirits. He’s stood by me through every high and low: addiction, mental health struggles, and even when I was figuring out my sexuality. My dad refused to give up on me, and I know he’d do anything for our family.”
Cut to a scene of Fred gazing at the stars, smiling.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“I know his parents, my grandparents, are looking down on him with pride, knowing that he’s passed on their love and dedication.”
Scene transitions to Ethan and Jillian as kids, sitting on the couch, laughing while playing SmackDown vs. Raw with ridiculous customized characters.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“My sister Jillian is a big part of my story. Growing up, we teased each other endlessly, but we also made some of the best memories. We played video games like RuneScape, Club Penguin, and SmackDown vs. Raw. We’d laugh until we cried over our terrible creations.”
Flashback to the three cousins—Ethan, Jillian, and Alicia—sliding across tile floors in socks.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“We had these goofy games like ‘Slidey Socks,’ where we’d slide across the tile and crack each other up. One time, I yelled, ‘It’s getting loud in here!’ for no reason, and we couldn’t stop laughing.”
Montage of family adventures: vacations, Starbucks spills, and Ouija board mischief.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“There were vacations, family gatherings in Fort Myers, and hilarious Starbucks disasters—like the time I dropped my iced coffee and caused a flood at Target. We laughed so much together, whether we were playing a Ouija board, having sleepovers, or just being mischievous.”
Scene shifts to Jillian in scrubs, smiling as she helps a patient.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“Now Jillian’s all grown up—an amazing nurse, planning her wedding with her fiancé Alex. I’m so proud of her, even if I still like to tease her now and then.”
Cut to Ethan sitting on his bed, reflecting.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“Through all my struggles, my family has been my constant. Addiction tried to take me down, but my parents refused to let go. They supported me when I needed it most. My mom’s optimism, my dad’s dedication, and the love we all share kept me grounded. Recovery isn’t just about me—it’s about them too.”
Final scene: The whole family gathered around the dinner table, laughing and talking.
Ethan (Voiceover):
“I’m here today because of them. My family is my greatest blessing, my foundation, and my inspiration. No matter how messy life gets, they remind me that love, humor, and hope can get us through anything.”
The screen fades to black, with the words:
“For my family: thank you for never giving up on me.”
End of Video
I will describe what my family looks like to whoever picks up this project so they know how to depict us
