It doesn't have to be Gephi, it can be another tool as long as it does the job. I have hourly trade data and want to visualize the trade flows between nodes as well as characteristics for individual nodes. the data has only 3 nodes but timeline is very long as it looks at trade flows for 24hours*4 days*6 years *8 scenarios.
