I'm looking for a freelancer to create a professional and clinical PDF report for a wellness program focused on cardiac screening. The report should detail the services included and the steps involved, with a potential to incorporate different high-level cardiac imaging/testing.

Key Features:
- Sections: The report should include an Introduction and Overview, a List of Services, and Detailed Steps Involved.
- Design: Preferably minimalist with a black/white/gray scheme, but with potential color splashes. The font should be Bank Gothic.
- Graphics: Potential option of incorporating graphics
