I need a talented graphic designer to redo my banner for printing. The banner displays the goals and motto for the year, so it needs to be visually engaging and easy to read.

- Content: The information to be displayed is informational in nature. You will need to help present this information in a clear and concise manner.
- Design: I am open to suggestions for the visual design. You will have the creative freedom to choose colors, fonts, and layout. Your design should capture the attention of viewers and effectively communicate the educational content.

-Motto: "Engineering Excellence in Every Element"
-Goals to be displayed on the banner: Better Quality, Better Delivery, Better Budgets, Better Together.
-Must have aspects of civil construction on the banner visually (see attachment for reference).
-Must Display the team name: BES Site Civil - Desert Southwest
-No people. I prefer graphics over images. No real photos
-Not looking for building (structural) construction. More earth moving, and generic engineering graphics (NO REAL PHOTOS)
-Graphics of mountains would be good to incorporate.
-Soft color scheme, not too dark, and not too light.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in graphic design, particularly with large format print materials.
- An ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way.
- A portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
