Capturing patient information, assessing symptoms and making referrals to health services. Recording accurate information and medication names. Handling calls efficiently, professionally and with appropriate warmth. Some calls require emergency ambulance dispatch, and to be handled with urgency and assertion. I am also required to fill out incident and safeguarding forms, involving identifying potential risks and capturing essential information for the relevant departments.
