Vietnamese to English Translator for Neurosurgeons Conference

We are a manufacturer of a surgical navigation system used in neurosurgery. This year, we are showcasing our product for the first time at the national neuro conference in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We are in need of a translator at our stall, to assist our representatives from India in conversing with the attending surgeons. Key Requirements: - Fluency in Vietnamese and English - Ability to provide simultaneous interpretation at our stall - Experience translating at conferences would be an advantage - Medical terminology knowledge would be a significant advantage - Professional attire is required to maintain the company's image. - Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role. Your role will be to ensure our representatives can effectively communicate with potential clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be articulate, professional, and able to handle the fast-paced environment of a busy conference stall. The translator will be required to work full day shifts at our conference stall. The translator will need to work specific shifts, which we can discuss in advance. The conference lasts for 1-2 days. "No additional skills from the translator are required for the role." The translator will focus solely on verbal communication during the conference. Our translator will focus solely on ad-hoc translations without handling scheduled meetings. General knowledge of surgical navigation systems is sufficient for the role. The translator will be required to work the following shifts: December 6-7, 2024. 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
