262225 Design and scrape script

OK guys here is what I want. This should be really simple and easy. This is 2 websites, although they will be identical except for a slightly different text, using the same script. The 2 shouldn't take that much more time than doing the 1 site. I'll get the logos designed myself, so just a simply designed website. The script on the website needs to run the entire websites, meaning I will never have to add new content. There are 4 descriptions in the text for each TV which are important. These are: Plasma or LCD Brand Sceen size Price I have one site for LCD and one for plasmas, so the correct TV needs to go to the correct site. Once this is sorted I need a webpage with all of the tv's sorted by price. It will look exactly as the current page does (although will only be 1 type or the other on each website). This includes the current image and current small description, which will be scraped. The visitors will be able to refine search by brand, screen size, or price on my site, and get a page displayed exactly the same. Once a visitor clicks on a tv, they will get sent to the corresponding page for that TV on the target site (with my aff code). The script only needs to scape the site twice a day for the necessary information/changes or updates. The site needs to automatically put an affiliate cookie on the visitors pc when they arrive. It also needs to automatically put the affiliate code into every link going to the target site on my website. That's about it. To make this clear the script should run the entire site. I should never need to add pages or change content because when the target site changes its content, my site will automatically do so too. All monies will be held in escrow for both of our protection. 60% of the fee will be released after delivery and 1 day to see it is working. 20% will be released after 2 weeks, and the final 20% will be released one month after that. If something goes wrong, you will need to fix it.
