Website Development - Walk-in Drive Management

Hi, I am a part of consultancy. I need a website to manage a walk-in drive. Below are the steps:- 1) Candidate will visit website and register for walkin, by entering basic information and uploading resume. 2) Recruiter View( This requires a login) Recruiters require a login After login there will be 2 displays, Assigned to me & All. All will display all the active candidates and assigned to me will display currently assigned to the respective recruiter After login they can see all the registered candidates in order of the registeration. The recruiter will call the candidate They can select the candidate and start the interview During interview the recruiter will update few information on the form( can be discussed) and update accordingly After the interview is done the recruiter will update the status If Status is rejected,Future, Shortlisted,Noshow An email is sent to the candidate(matter can be discussed) If Status is Passed on Then the Name of another recruiter or manager will have to be entered. Once the candidate is assigned to another recruiter the candidate will be displayed in that recruiter aggined to me..
