I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper or accountant to set up a simple and cost-effective bookkeeping system for my small business with 10–15 employees. The system should streamline financial record-keeping, payroll, and basic reporting while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Scope of Work:
Bookkeeping System Setup:
Set up a basic bookkeeping system using free or low-cost tools (e.g., Wave, Zoho Books, or a customized Excel/Google Sheets template).
Create a chart of accounts tailored to my business needs.
Transaction Recording:
Provide a simple process to record daily transactions like income, expenses, and invoices.
Payroll Management (Optional):
Configure a basic system for payroll calculations (salaries and deductions).
Guidance on generating payslips (if applicable).
Financial Reporting:
Set up templates for essential reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet).
Provide a process for monthly financial tracking.
Training and Documentation:
A brief guide or training session on how to use the system.
Requirements:
Experience in bookkeeping for small businesses.
Familiarity with free/low-cost bookkeeping tools.
