This will reward employees based on how many activities they complete successfully (2 of 4, 3 of 4, or 4 of 4). Completing all 4 activities should add extra % to the final bonus. I am attaching the .pdf with the notes and the Excel file as a starting point. Could you please help me update the formula to reflect this? The key point is the ability to adjust the % paid based on the difficulty and results of each activity, and also include the "All Around" bonus for hitting multiple activities....
