The perfect scenario would be: Create a simple form to add 'ID number' to process and file name for the new file. The automation: Open designated file with info. Create columns (based on character lenght) Format columns (set length, add '0's eg '234' formated to '000234'. Get only rows where Column C matches the input 'ID number', and column B has fixed value. Insert row at top with column header titles. Save file (as excel 97-2003 format), with the input filename.
