i Need a software in my pc to create a communication with my work team at work site using hotspot from my pc and app phone of my work team in order to communicate with them from my pc to their phones - distance between us max 20m -high noises in work place ( the purpose of this project ) - no network available at workplace using only hotspot network of any other idea proposed from you - make it as simple as possible the most important is communicate with team work like a internal radio
