I'm looking for a graphic designer with a modern aesthetic to create a design for a real estate sign.

Hello. I am looking for a real design of our yard sign for our real estate business. The sign will need to feature the following:
1. Keller Williams logo - attached
2. Our Photo
3. Our Names: David & Carin Becker
4. Two Phone numbers - equal size

5. Our for best results badge


- The color scheme is open to suggestions. Ideally, I'd appreciate a mix of neutral and vibrant colors, but I'm also open to interpretations that align with a modern design aesthetic. Our colors have always been the red and black but im open to anything and have started using the blue in the for best results badge more recently.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Experience in creating signage or marketing materials for the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of modern design principles.
- Excellent communication skills for understanding and incorporating feedback.
