  Hope you are doing great. I am Electronics Engineer, i have good knowledge of Digital Logic Design (Karnaugh Maps, Sum of Product, Product of Sum, Logic Gates, Flip Flop). I can do this for you, But it will cost 40$, 20$ are less for this project.
