Very unprofessional, Doesn't know Java basics that i client know, Does not know how to use Intellij, Does not know what Docker is. Asked him to step out of the project the very 1st day which he refused and said he would get it done. Was not able to even resolve the very first error i assigned to him and wasted 4 days and then had to file a dispute for him to reliquish the milestone. Would not work again with him.
