I prepare and deliver engaging communication skills lectures and tutorials that facilitate dynamic in-class discussions. My responsibilities include developing, delivering, and reviewing course materials and syllabi, as well as creating, administering, and grading assessments to evaluate students’ understanding of the course material. Additionally, I mentor, coach, and provide extra support to students, and I collaborate with faculty members on course curricula and other developments.

I provided comprehensive technical support to university students, staff, and visitors, ensuring seamless access and usage of the facilities. I coordinated communications, managed schedules, and facilitated student council activities in the PC Lab and Saemaul Global Lounge. Additionally, I oversaw the filing system, maintenance schedules, and records of hard copy documents in the facilities’ library. I also maintained a welcoming, supportive, clean, and quiet environment conducive for all users.
