I am looking for a skilled freelancer to fully set up and customize my Chalet listing (a chalet is a tiny house for vacation parcs) website using the Estatik plugin, which is already installed. This website will serve as a platform to list, sell, and rent chalets and plots. Although I have a clear vision of the functionalities required, I need someone experienced in WordPress and the Estatik plugin to make necessary adjustments, set up search filters, and configure the site to ensure a smooth user experience for both administrators and users.
Project Requirements:
Homepage and Layout Configuration
Set up a hero section on the homepage with a search bar and four main category buttons:
-New Chalets
-Existing Chalets
-Plots
-Rentals
Implement the Estatik plugin's search functionality with filters specific to each category (e.g., location, number of rooms, area).
Display featured listings under the hero section, with filters dynamically adjusting based on search inputs.
Category-Specific Search Filters
New Chalets: Filters for area (in m²), number of bedrooms, and persons.
Existing Chalets & Rentals: Search by postal code or city, radius slider, and map view option.
Plots: Search by postal code/city, radius slider, and map view option.
Each category should have its own dedicated filter options, following the specific layout described in the Word document.
User Profiles and Permissions
Set up distinct user profiles for Chalet Builders, Sellers, and Landlords, with the option to switch roles if needed.
Each user role should have tailored permissions to add, edit, and manage their listings.
Listing Forms and Custom Fields
Create listing forms that cater to each category, incorporating fields such as:
Chalet Specifications for New Chalets (e.g., dimensions, building materials, and additional customizable options)
Fields for price, price per m², and custom notes.
Options for marking properties with labels like “Featured,” “Open House,” “Popular,” etc., some of which appear automatically based on listing status.
Listing Details and Attributes
Add sections to each listing for specifying detailed attributes (e.g., floor and wall materials, type of insulation, features like double-glazing, heating, etc.).
Ensure users can upload photos and provide descriptions for each feature.
Agency Page Setup
Set up a page to display agencies or companies offering listings, with search functionality by name, location, and type (builder, seller, or landlord).
Rename “Agencies” to “Providers” as per the specifications.
General Plugin Customization
Adjust any default Estatik plugin settings to match the unique needs of Chaletmeester.
Enable a label purchase feature for users to buy special labels like “Featured” directly from their profiles.
Skills Required:
WordPress Expertise: Including experience with advanced customization.
Estatik Plugin Knowledge: Familiarity with setting up and customizing the Estatik plugin for real estate listings.
Frontend/Backend Development: To adjust theme layouts, implement custom fields, and tailor functionalities as described.
Deliverables:
Fully functional Chaletlisting website with all features working seamlessly.
Documentation of all changes made and instructions for future edits.
