About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant to oversee the management of multiple Short Term Rental properties located in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking and possess excellent communication skills to ensure the seamless operation of each property, enhancing guest satisfaction and maximizing owner revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Promptly respond to booking inquiries and guest questions on listing platforms. Communicate professionally and efficiently to provide a high-quality experience for guests.
Calendar Management: Keep all property calendars up to date, including managing bookings, availability, and scheduling conflicts to avoid double bookings and optimize rental opportunities.
Guest Support and Dispute Resolution: Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and efficiency. Implement solutions that protect both guest satisfaction and owner interests.
Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate cleaning services after each stay to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for incoming guests. Arrange for any necessary maintenance or repairs, liaising with service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate weekly reports for property owners, detailing booking metrics such as customer ratings, number of cancelled or disputed stays, number of successful stays, revenue earned, and other relevant data. Suggest improvements and strategies for maximizing occupancy and revenue.
Listing Optimization: Regularly review and update property listings to improve visibility and attractiveness. This includes updating photos, descriptions, and amenities based on guest feedback and market trends.
Rate Management: Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to advise on optimal pricing strategies for each property, ensuring competitive rates that maximize occupancy and revenue.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks related to property management, including but not limited to processing payments and maintaining records of all transactions and communications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and - properties efficiently.
- Proficient in using Airbnb platform, VRBO platform, and property management softwares.
