Sports Highlights Compilation for Bar TV

I'm looking for a video editor to assemble multiple sports video clips into eight separate, around exciting 5 minute highlight reels for bar TV use in an upscale LGBTQ+ venue . The videos should primarily feature thrilling sports highlights, with smooth fades used as the transition style between clips. 1-gymnastics, 1- diving, 1- ice skating, 1- swimming, 1- running, 1- tennis , 1-gay games in San Francisco?, 1- soccer
Highlighting some Gay and Lesbian sports stars but not all. Will add our logo a few times as these will run on a loop on small 32" TVs around a small sports area.
Hopefully this will lead to more work as we have a 10' 20' video wall on the dancefloor, a 16' x 40" video wall behind the bar and a video wall outside the venue as well.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience in sports video editing
- Creative in selecting exciting highlights
- Detail-oriented in timing transitions
