Reggae Song Music Video (Brainstorming, Shooting, Lighting, Editing, etc..)

I am looking for a music video director (preferably someone who feels reggae music) It will be my first official song and video, so I don't have an extravagant "all-in" budget, but I do want to present myself in a professional way, recorded and produced with a big reggae band from Jamaica. (They might send some videos to add to the final thing). I would want to hear your thoughts on the video direction and storyboard, but the general mood is positive, resilient, "three little birds", "one love", and less militant mood.
