Need Immediate Help with Qmail

I have a dedicated server and I'm having trouble with sending outgoing mail. I had this problem before and there were about 14,000 unsent mails in the queue. After deleting these messages it seemed to work fine. Same thing happened again but this time when I try to with the linux commands I was given, it doesn't work and I'm not experienced enough with linux to figure out what to do here. I DESPERATELY need the email working immediately as we have over 200 people in our organization using the system. Please help! This should take no more than 10 minutes (most of that time spent waiting for the server to do the deleting).....if you know what you're doing. I would also like the person to teach me what to do so next time I can do this on my own. I had already installed qmHandle and was using that before, but for some reason it doesn't work any more. So if you could please give me advice too why that doesn't work any more. Thanks!!!
