seeking a skilled Rust Developer to join a pioneering DeFi platform focused on two core areas: Liquid Staking and Advanced Lending Markets on the Solana blockchain. Our Product enables users to stake SOL while retaining liquidity for further DeFi activities, such as lending, borrowing, and trading, offering flexibility to leverage staked assets. The Lending Market enhances these capabilities, providing secure, automated lending through smart contracts. Our project roadmap includes phased expansions of staking options and the introduction of innovative lending features. We’re looking for a Solana and Rust Developer to develop and optimize these elements on Solana’s high-speed network. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable smart contracts for liquid staking and lending markets on Solana using Rust and Anchor. Ensure high performance, security, and efficiency in smart contract implementation, addressing the unique requirements of both staking and lending functions. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define, refine, and implement key features of decentralized staking and lending. Write efficient, maintainable code in alignment with blockchain development best practices, especially for complex DeFi mechanisms. Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging blockchain technologies, particularly within Solana and DeFi, and provide insights for system enhancements. Proactively propose technical solutions to improve staking and lending functionalities, effectively communicating ideas within the team. Contribute innovative solutions to strengthen DeFi products, boost platform adoption, and enhance the user experience. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Rust with an excellent understanding of memory management, concurrency models, and blockchain-specific coding practices. Proven experience with the Solana blockchain, including smart contract development using Anchor or the Solana Program Library (SPL). Deep knowledge of blockchain architecture, with a focus on DeFi applications in staking and lending. Familiarity with Web3 concepts, DeFi lending protocols, and Solana’s staking and liquidity management. Experience with Solana clusters (Devnet, Testnet, Mainnet).
