Job Summary
As a Full-Time Marketer, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns to reach professionals, career switchers, students, and organizations in need of project management training. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive course enrollments through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to professionals, career switchers, entrepreneurs, and students interested in project management.
- Lead Generation:
Use digital marketing, content creation, social media, and paid advertising to generate qualified leads.
- Content Marketing:
Create engaging content such as blogs, social media posts, webinars, emails, and infographics to communicate the value of project management courses.
- Partnerships and Outreach:
Collaborate with universities, career counseling organizations, and corporate partners to reach potential learners.
- Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and content that resonates with the target audience.
- Email Campaigns:
Create and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and drive enrollment conversions.
- Event Marketing:
Organize webinars, workshops, and open days to showcase the value of the courses and answer questions from potential learners.
- Data Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing efforts for better results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in digital marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience marketing educational programs or courses is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
- Expertise in social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
