The objective of this work is as follows:
Objective 2: Define TPS Brand Strategy/Values
A strong and consistent brand identity is critical for differentiating [login to view URL] in a competitive market. This objective aims to articulate the brand's core values and strategy, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and foster loyalty, as well as to improve the customer experience across all touchpoints. Clear guidelines and approved assets will provide a unified direction for all customer-facing communications and internal team alignment.
Key Results:
Have brand guidelines ready and communicated with the team.
These guidelines will include visual identity, tone of voice, and key messaging frameworks. They will be presented and distributed to all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment across marketing, design, and customer support teams. We might use an external agency or freelancer to help us build this. To measure this, we will just make sure to have the brand guidelines document developed and shared with the team.
Have signed-off brand identity assets.
Finalized and approved brand assets, including logos, templates, and style guides, will ensure consistency in every interaction with customers. This will be achieved by working with design professionals and securing leadership approval. To measure this, we would need to have all visual and related assets developed across all channels, and ready for technical implementation when needed.
