It takes in the frequency from this dictionary and the report should be like this
Task ID: 19
Title: title3
Description: Daily task example
Data: ['52', '50']
Key Requirements:
- The script should be capable of scheduling report generation on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis, or any custom day I define.
- The report should be generated in a .txt format.
