Build application for monitoring live stream from CCTV camera.

An advanced motion detection algorithm must be defined so that false alarms from rain, snow and shaking camera does not produce alarms.

Application will run on a windows based platform with GPU installed if needed.

Algorithm shall be able to work in day and night environment and shall be optimized to process multiple camera streams.
