Project Description: Power Automate Flow for Flagging Elevated Security Role Privileges in Dynamics 365

Objective:

I need a freelancer to guide me in creating a Power Automate flow to identify and flag security roles in Dynamics 365 with elevated privileges. This Proof-of-Concept (POC) will ensure compliance and can later evolve into a full-scale solution.

Scope:

Understand Security Roles and Privileges:

Learn how to retrieve roles and privileges via Dataverse API.

Configure restricted and baseline security roles.

Build the Flow:

Retrieve all security roles using API.

Compare privileges of each role against restricted roles.

Flag and report roles with elevated privileges.

API Integration:

Use Postman for testing API calls and managing access tokens.

Transition API configurations into Power Automate.

Validation and Output:

Test the flow and generate reports of flagged roles.

Optional: Automate email alerts and integrate into the Center of Excellence.

Deliverables:

Fully functional Power Automate flow.

Documentation and step-by-step guidance.

Postman configurations for API integration.

Requirements:

Expertise in Power Automate, Dataverse API, and Dynamics 365 security.

Ability to teach and guide the implementation process.
