Pipedrive Specialist for CRM Optimization

We are looking for a Pipedrive specialist with experience in CRM management, automation, and sales pipeline optimization. Need experience in Pipedrive CRM - including automation, filtering, reports, and sales pipeline structuring and optimization. We want to redesign and automate our follow-up sequence and pipeline stages.
The goal is to create consistency in our follow-up, be more proactive, and understand where clients are dropping off so we can increase conversions.
-The follow-up sequence is about 18 steps
-The sequence will ideally do 2 things: trigger reminders, and when the activity is done (e.g., email sent, or phone call made), the person will move to the next stage automatically
-Automate and use templates on any actions that don’t require personalization
-Potentially develop a method to track the person’s/client's journey (if the stages we have in mind can’t be made to reflect this)
-Configure a set of reports that identifies drop-off points and other relevant insights
-Adjust sequence triggers and activities based on team feedback
-Provide clear documentation for processes, workflows, criteria, and filtering used for reports
-Train team members on the new pipeline, reminders, and follow-up workflows
-Strong communication skills to collaborate with our team, communicate with PD support if necessary, refine processes
-A detail-oriented approach to ensure the system aligns with business needs
