I am a UI Designer for a large fortune 500 company and do freelance work designing websites, logos, stickers, and mobile/wearable tech interfaces. I can design a landing page for you using Adobe that you can even port into web browser or mobile device to see a prototype. I bid 3 days, 1 day to understand the application and requirements, 1 day to mockup, and 1 day to review with you and make any changes. My hourly rate for this work would be 50/hr. This would take me a good 3 hours total for chargeable work, but since it is a single page and not yet being developed I'd do it for 50 flat.
