Create reports based on PHP from a Postgres database with JDBC

Hello, Easy Payment & Finance is a financial Payment Institution licensed by the Bank of Spain. We're looking for a developer to help us create a PHP application that: 1. Upload a batch of transaction IDs via a CSV file 2. Accesses a postgres database to retrieve the relevant information 3. Through a PHP script, outputs a PDF per transaction with the information in it Our existing reporting system already generates the PDF with the correct formatting, but only works on a single ID--we're looking for a way to submit a number of IDs to provide the same output, but in batches. The database is hosted on Amazon Redshift and uses postgres SQL.
