Tableau Project: Employee Hierarchy Visualization

I am in need of a Tableau expert to develop a project that visualizes our employee hierarchy and access levels. The project should include the following:
1. A "Top Office" table that encompasses all higher management including the CIO, managers, and supervisors.
2. A three-level visibility system: The "Top Office" can see everything beneath them; supervisors and managers can see their respective employees; and employees can only see their immediate boss.
3. Access control settings that allow for 'Editable for specific roles'. This means that only designated individuals can edit certain parts of the project.
Data for this project will be sourced from Excel spreadsheets. It is critical that the freelancer has profound experience with Tableau and is able to create a comprehensive and clear visualization. Familiarity with Excel and understanding of hierarchical structures in a corporate setting will be beneficial.
