I'm looking for a talented freelancer to create a custom random number generator for me. Here's what I need: - **Development in Matlab or Excel**: - **Whole Number Generation**: It should exclusively generate whole numbers. - **Specified Range**: Numbers generated must fall within a specific range that I will provide. - **User-Friendly Interface**: While the backend is complex, I'd appreciate a simple, user-friendly interface for initiating the generation process and viewing results. **Ideal Skills and Experience**: - Proficiency in Matlab or Excel is mandatory. - Experienced in developing custom functions and formulas in Excel. - Skilled in building user-friendly interfaces. - Understanding of random number generation algorithms and their implementation. Number generator must have these options. Numbers to produce (output). "1-20" Output numbers must be listed in a chronological order with commas, (1,8,20,49,55,etc) Numbers to generate from: a list of custom numbers or range, ex (1-50), or (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,16,etc) Numbers to omit. a list of numbers to exclude from being generated. Numbers to include: a list of numbers or number that must appear on every number generation. Combinations to exclude: I must be able to copy/paste a very large amount of combinations. for example, if "1,10,35,50" is to be excluded, these 4 numbers can not appear together in a output number, but they can individually appear, as a pair, triple, but never as 4. example combinations will look something like this, they can be doubles, triples, quads, 6s, 7s, etc... or a mixed of everything. 4,9 4,15 4,25 9,15,39 9,25,39 15,25,39 5,8,14,16 5,8,14,17 8,15,22,25,33 8,15,22,25,56 8,15,22,33,56 etc... If the number generator can not produce a number without breaking any rules, it must produce an error.
