Nbuntu Server Security & Configuration

I need an expert to secure and configure my Nbuntu server. +++ BUDGET $60 +++  NBUNTU 22.04 EXPERT SERVER ADMIN ONLY APPLY!  ==>> ALL TASKS ARE STATED HERE, IF YOU BID AND INCREASE YOUR FEE AFTER WE TALK, I WILL SAY GOODBYE TO YOU!!! <<==     *** DEDICATED SERVER *** Dual Xeon E5-2670 | 2.60GHz / 3.3GHz Turbo   16 Cores / 32 threads | 96GB DDR3 | 960GB SSD  == has 5 Dedicated IP that has been activated ===  WORKSCOPE - REVIEW ALL ATTACHMENTS    SECURITY  1.  Check to see if the server has been ROOT COMPROMISED.  Let me know BEFORE you move on to the next task. a.  FIND any back door and delete/shut it! b.  somehow the WHM license got switched to another of the 5 ip and error showed license expired.  Switched IP in [login to view URL] fixed the issue, BUT what or who cause the IP change? 2.  Firewalls    a.  Confirm Modsecurity is properly installed, if not, reinstall and configure it.    b.  Install and Configure CSF firewall and any other security plugins necessary to secure the server.            :: please let me know which other security plugin you installed. 3.  Wordpress install do not show on frontend BUT if I restore a backup it shows.  It is not a DNS issue. 4.  Change Server name and SSH port numberUsing Cloudflare self renewing certificate for all cpanels CLOUDFLARE 5.  Configure appropriate Cloudflare records for 3 cpanels, see attachments CONFIRM IF INSTALLATIONS ARE CORRECT  6.  Confirm Libosodium 1.0.20 is correctly installed and configured correctly for all cpanels.  7.  Confirm RabbitMQ 4.0.2 is installed properly, if not reinstall correctly and setup proper configurations for all cpanel and give me login credentials. 8.  Configure SPF and other records for each cpanel so that emails go to INBOX and NOT SPAM  ::  2 cpanels are not sending out emails - one wordpress, one magento  9. Confirm Caching: LiteMage Starter + LSCache is properly installed, configure it for 5 sites.   OPTIMIZE SERVER  10.  Optimize Server - Increase speed for Magento and Wordpress sites which load painfully slow.          :: All sites have E ratings - horrible.  See GTMetrix screenshot.    11. Fix why I cannot view or download [login to view URL] files in cpanel. see [login to view URL]  :: Internet provider says it is not an issue with them.  :: IP is whitelisted on WHM.
