(COMMISSION BASED) Sales Manager for BiLingoPlus

Our company, BiLingoPlus, specializes in translation and localization services. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team on a commission-based structure. For this position, we provide a list of potential leads, and your primary responsibility will be to find these leads on LinkedIn, establish initial contact, and introduce our services. You will then hand off engaged prospects to our main manager for further communication. Responsibilities: - Locate and connect with potential clients on LinkedIn using provided leads. - Initiate conversations, present basic service offerings, and start building a relationship. - Communicate professionally and persuasively to engage potential clients. - Transfer qualified leads to our main manager for further discussion. Requirements: - Experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the B2B sector. - Proficiency in using LinkedIn. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compensation: - This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. - You will earn 20% of the first order amount for every lead you convert into a client.
