B2B Sales Rep for Warehouse Management System in Spain / UK / Ireland

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Freelance Online Sales Representative to promote and sell our advanced Warehouse Management System (WMS) to SMEs in Spain and Ireland, primarily targeting businesses selling on platforms like TikTok and Shopify. As a sales representative, your role will focus on generating new business, identifying customer pain points, and offering customized WMS solutions that streamline warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of B2C warehouse workflows, and a passion for driving efficiency and scalability in e-commerce businesses. Responsibilities: Identify and target potential SME clients in Spain and Ireland selling on TikTok and Shopify platforms. Develop relationships with key decision-makers in businesses to understand their warehouse management needs. Provide expert guidance on WMS solutions, demonstrating how our system can improve warehouse operations and logistics efficiency. Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets, generating long-term client relationships. Offer a customized solution to each client, ensuring the solution aligns with their business requirements. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all terms are met, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Manage all sales activities through CRM software and report on pipeline progress. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales within the B2B technology or warehouse management space. Deep understanding of B2C warehouse workflows and best practices for e-commerce logistics. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly TikTok and Shopify, and how they integrate with warehouse operations. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Fluency in Spanish and/or English is preferred. Ability to adapt quickly and be proactive in solving clients’ business challenges. The Value of a Good Warehouse Process: A well-optimized warehouse management process reduces errors and inefficiencies, directly impacting product delivery times and customer satisfaction. It improves inventory accuracy and stock control, leading to lower operational costs. A good warehouse process enhances scalability, allowing businesses to handle larger volumes of orders as they grow. Reduces labor costs by streamlining operations and minimizing manual interventions. Facilitates better data insights, enabling businesses to make informed decisions for inventory and logistics management. Compensation: Commission Structure: 80% of the revenue from each sale for the first 6 months. 50% of the revenue from each sale for the following 6 months. This is a commission-only role with no basic salary.
