I’m seeking a professional in digital marketing, specifically within Google Ads, to help generate sales leads for my Gurgaon real estate project.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and refine a list of potential keywords I've developed, with a focus on improving low-quality score keywords to rank higher on Google Search.
Optimize and manage Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
Target ads effectively towards first-time home buyers in India, with a specific focus on the Gurgaon market.
Improve ad copy to increase Ad Relevance and CTR. current CTR is 20.
Implement strategies to enhance landing page experience and conversion rate.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Proven track record with Google Ads in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the home buyer demographic and their search behavior.
Expertise in keyword research, validation, and optimization.
Ability to create compelling ads that drive traffic and generate qualified leads.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
The advertising budget for this campaign is Inr-3500-5000.
The goal is to achieve the desired results within a 1 day timeframe. Please measure the success of the campaign based on lead conversion rate. Focus on optimizing phone call and contact form to improve landing page experience. Success of the campaign will be measured primarily by the lead conversion rate. Use A/B testing to optimize the landing page. The target for the lead conversion rate is set between 5-10%. Please review and optimize based on the existing detailed analytics reports from previous campaigns. Exclude remarketing ads from the campaign strategy. Please provide updates over the phone.
