This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and success of our Online stores. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Product Research & Listing:**
- Conduct thorough product research using tools provided by your supervior or your own, with your proven & reliable methods for product research, identifying trending products with high sales potential.
- Create and manage product listings on the stores, ensuring all details are SEO-optimized for better search engine visibility and increased traffic.
- Regularly update and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all product descriptions, titles, tags, and images.
- Upload product pictures/videos for recordes
2. **Store Management:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, price updates, and promotional activities etc.
- Work with developers and designers, to ensure that the online store is visually appealing, user-friendly, and fully functional at all times.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost conversion rates and sales.
3. **Blog Content Creation:**
- Write high-quality articles, blog posts, and product descriptions to support marketing efforts.
- Ensure that all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligns with our brand’s voice and messaging.
4. **Customer Service:**
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer relationships.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and other customer requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the comprehensive FAQ section by identifying common customer inquiries and providing clear, helpful answers to improve customer self-service and reduce repetitive queries.
- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify recurring issues or areas for improvement, regularly compiling reports and providing actionable recommendations to the supervisor to enhance customer service processes.
- Collaborate with the team to refine customer service strategies, ensuring that all interactions align with the brand’s voice and contribute to a positive customer experience.
5. **Image and Reel Editing:**
- Create and edit high-quality images and short videos to effectively promote products across various platforms, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
- Develop engaging short video content for social media and online marketing campaigns, focusing on product highlights, features, and customer testimonials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing content that captures the attention of the target audience and drives engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in image and video editing, incorporating new techniques to keep content fresh and impactful.
6. **Online Marketing:**
- Assist in developing and executing online marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
- Analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and building a strong online presence for the brand.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all marketing materials are SEO-optimized and aligned with the overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and keep the brand ahead of the curve.
7. **On-site and Off-site SEO for the Stores:**
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic, low-competition keywords relevant to the stores and the product offerings.
- Develop and implement on-page SEO strategies to enhance product page rankings, including optimizing meta tags, headers, alt text, and internal linking structures.
- Regularly audit website content to ensure SEO best practices are being followed, making necessary adjustments to improve site visibility and ranking on search engines.
- Create and maintain an SEO content calendar to ensure the consistent publishing of high-quality, keyword-optimized content, such as blog posts and product descriptions.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing regular reports on key metrics such as organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, adapting strategies to maintain or improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure all published materials are optimized for search engines, including the use of relevant keywords and SEO-friendly formatting.
8. **General Administrative Tasks:**
- Execute various administrative tasks as assigned by the employer, including email management, scheduling, and report preparation.
- Create detailed reports on product performance, customer feedback, and overall store metrics to guide future business decisions.
- Any other tasks allocated by supervisor
**Compensation:**
- **Probation**: $200 for a one-month probation, which may be terminated at any time based on your performance, where the compensation prorated based on the actual time worked.
- **Formal Employment**: After successfully passing the probation period, the final compensation package will be determined based on the employee’s performance. This could include a higher fixed salary or a combination of base salary plus commission.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Proven extensive experience as a supportive coordinator, a SEO specialist, a product specialist or a marketer in e-commerce.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Strong knowledge and ability of SEO practices, particularly in optimizing product listings and content writing for better search engine rankings.
- Proficiency in using project management tools like Trello, Google Sheets, and Notion etc..
- Ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance productivity and improve the quality of work.
- Basic image and video editing skills
- **Personal Traits:**
- High attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and thoroughly.
- A team player who values collaboration and consistently prioritizes the needs of customers and the team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Preference will be given to candidates who are also proficient in Chinese.
