Trading View - MACRO script that can analyse the shape of stock charts

Hi.
I would like to setup a micro script or a configuration which basically analyses a set of stock (based on the input of other historical charts) which were bullish and let it alert me when a stock is BULLISH and about to break out.
Input is a set of 50 or70 stocks to monitor for the exact bullish shape prior to a break out. (The Macro would analyze the shape of the chart and alert me as it detects the break out shape)
Apparently something like PINE SCRIPT can be used.
