Full Stack Developer for Time and Attendance/ Scheduling Software

Exciting opportunity for an experienced full stack Software developer to assist with the development of a cutting-edge workforce management software. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building scalable and efficient web applications as well as background in AI and Machine Learning. Must have experience with PHP and Java script You will report directly to the executive leadership team
Main duties/ Required skills
• Responsible for developing a software application from scratch
• Proven record of Leading a team of junior developers and providing guidance and mentorship from concept, initiation through to completion
• Collaborating with stakeholders
• Implementing AI and Machine Learning algorithms to optimise workforce scheduling and performance
• Senior/lead, more than 6 years of software development using Java within an oracle environment
• Design, document blueprints, implement and develop, test and maintain the product
• Converts technical component design into a working back-end code and/or front-end code
• Applies generally accepted programming standards and techniques to ensure efficient program logic and date manipulation consistently
• Creates and maintains Unit testing before endorsing the application Establish a detailed program specification through discussion with the team.
• Clarity what actions the program modules are intended to perform
• Experience in building APIs using Java
• Proven experience working as part of an agile team.
Desired, but not necessary
• Previous experience in Workforce management/Time and Attendance development
• OCI certification
• Knowledge of Workforce Management (Planning, Scheduling, Time and Attendance, Pay Engine)
