Social Media and support Manager Position: Social Media Manager Location: Remote Type: Part-time Nationality: Egyptian with experience in Egypt Market Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the company's Facebook and Instagram pages. Plan and execute social media campaigns and advertisements to increase engagement and user acquisition. Create high-quality, engaging content, including posts, stories, and graphics. Monitor analytics to assess the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Provide online support for users of the company's application, addressing questions and resolving issues. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with business goals. Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate best practices into campaigns. Track and report social media performance metrics to management. Requirements: Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially Facebook and Instagram. Proficiency in social media advertising tools, such as Meta Ads Manager. Strong writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English. Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service or user support is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Share with my what do you expect as salary on Monthly basis in EGP -- it is initially 6 months.
