I'm seeking an experienced events producer who can assist in planning events for a group of tourists I will be bringing in February 2025. The ideal candidate should have a well-established network of suppliers for pre-purchasing essential items, such as Chacha bottles, glasses, snacks, hats, scarves, gloves, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event planning and coordination of activities.
- Connecting with and negotiating with various suppliers for necessary event supplies.
- Pre-purchasing and arranging logistics for essential items.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in event production.
- Strong network of suppliers in beverages and snacks, apparel and accessories, and event supplies.
- Excellent negotiation skills and logistical planning ability.
