We are looking for an experienced specialist to assist in creating and optimizing forms, contracts, and workflow processes using the JotForm platform, with the goal of building a comprehensive center for document and process management within the company. Our aim is to achieve comprehensive automation and optimization of internal processes, covering the entire employee lifecycle, management of employee and contract documentation, as well as streamlining key operational procedures such as inventory documentation flow and service agreement formalities. Responsibilities: • Creating and configuring workflows and associated forms in JotForm, tailored to various stages of HR and operational processes. • Designing contract and document templates with electronic signature capabilities, meeting needs in recruitment, employment, service provision, and contractor collaboration. • Setting up workflow automation for document handling, including email notifications and integration with document management systems and other applications. • Establishing a documentation management hub to streamline processes related to onboarding, inventory documentation, timesheets, work certificates, and service contracts. • Developing logical workflows and document circulation between employees, covering creation, editing, and approval stages to ensure consistency and control at every step. • Ensuring GDPR compliance, particularly in the storage and protection of personal data. • Designing branded forms aligned with the company’s visual identity, to serve as a central tool for managing documentation. • Building a customizable pricing structure with options for negotiation and comments, allowing collaborative work on the document with the client until mutual agreement is reached. • Creating job advertisement templates. Requirements: • Experience with JotForm, including creating complex forms, workflows, and integration with other applications. • Ability to design clear, aesthetic forms and user interfaces that reflect the company's branding. • Familiarity with integrating document management platforms and electronic signature tools. Additional Information: Remote work with flexible hours. We are looking for someone with experience in similar projects who can provide a portfolio of completed forms and workflows.
