Job description & Responsibilities Enabling a 360 view of a member's journey to better understand their pain points and next best actions Building hyper personalized talking notes for our advocates in areas of heightened complexity Building near-real time closed loop with members. based on monitoring the effectiveness of areas Design, develop, and implement AI models using Generative AI techniques (such as GANs, VAEs, transformers) to create innovative solutions. Fine-tune and optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy in various applications. Collect, preprocess, and clean large datasets required for training Generative AI models. Implement data augmentation and synthetic data generation techniques to improve model performance. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into existing business systems and products. Ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies, and explore new tools, frameworks, and techniques. Conduct research to experiment with new model architectures and approaches to solve business challenges. Monitor the performance of AI models in production environments and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Regularly update and refine models based on new data or changing requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver optimal AI solutions. Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Perform rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and robustness. Use evaluation metrics to assess model accuracy and make improvements based on feedback and testing. Document the development process, model architectures, data pipelines, and findings for future reference and reproducibility.
