I need a professional engineer to design a grease trap for a commercial property. This project involves creating plumbing plans from scratch. Key Tasks: 1. Design and calculations for a grease trap. 2. PE stamping for the design. 3. Plumbing plans with a stamp. 4. Submitting the plans to the Health & Safety department in Amarillo, TX. 5. Pulling a permit from the plumbing department in Amarillo, TX. Requirements: - Design has to adhere to local Amarillo, TX codes. - Creation of plumbing plans from scratch. - PE (Professional Engineer) stamping for the design. - Experience with Health & Safety department submissions and plumbing department permit pulls.
