Business Process Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Process Specialist to join our rapidly growing team at Americus.Energy. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, renewable energy, and automation, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and strategy development. Responsibilities: Sales Process Analysis: Examine previous sales records and identify patterns, inefficiencies, and areas of success. Develop an understanding of what has worked, what hasn't, and why. Process Improvement: Design and implement processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality in our sales processes. This includes automating parts of the sales process where feasible and effective. Strategy Development: Develop effective sales strategies based on past data and current market trends. These strategies should be adaptable to a rapidly changing environment and scalable for a growing organization. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure that strategies and processes are understood and adopted company-wide. Training and Support: Train team members on new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure effective implementation. Handle any resistance to process changes tactfully and effectively. Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and strategies. Make necessary adjustments based on these evaluations to continuously improve our sales process. Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on process improvement projects, new strategies, and their impacts on the sales process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience in process improvement and strategy development. Knowledge of sales in the renewable energy sector is preferred. Familiarity with Brightpearl or similar retail automation platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well in a team and to manage projects independently.
