Traditional Front House Redesign

I'm seeking a designer to breathe new life into the front of my home, a 1991 property. The goal is to delete the 1991 design elements and replace with modern content. The design will require ARB approval. Key Elements: Existing stucco, exterior plywood, and some studs are compromised. All front stucco and plywood cladding will be removed and replaced. No plans to alter headers but door, window, and trim simplification will be easier with stucco and plywood replacement. Delete existing dentil, arched windows, and over-powering stucco window trim and corner blocks. Replace with simpler design. The ideal candidate for this project should have a strong background in architectural design, particularly in blending traditional and modern elements. Experience with residential design and a keen eye for detail will be crucial. The final deliverable will be elevation concept sketches to propose the redesign. Will not require detail drawings.
